Credit Agricole supports the Social Leader Development Academy

The first workshop was titled "I always – you never, or how to get along" and was devoted to communication in conflict situations. Bank experts suggested to the participants how to recognize the causes of conflicts and accompanying mechanisms in their private and professional lives and how to act in the face of conflicting interests. During the second workshop "Negotiator – game for everything" the participants looked at negotiations as a phenomenon that accompanies them in everyday private and professional life. They analyzed the basic principles and conscious action of the negotiator in order to systematize and broaden the knowledge in this area.

– Credit Agricole has been cooperating with the Foundation Responsible Business Laboratory for several years now. Workshops, which experts of our bank prepare for the representatives of non-governmental organizations, are aimed primarily at developing soft skills of the participants. The idea is to contribute to building fruitful cooperation between the NGO sector and business – says Przemysław Przybylski, Director of Corporate Communication Office of Credit Agricole bank.

Academy of Social Leader Development is a project addressed to social activists and leaders of non-governmental organizations, run by the Wrocław foundation Laboratory of Responsible Business Laboratory. The essence of the project are workshops in various areas, such as communication, project management and human resources. Trainings for representatives of the so-called "third sector" are conducted by experienced experts – volunteers, employees of companies based in Wrocław.
