On May 1, 2019, a new law on online fiscalisation came into force. On the one hand, the Act maintains the existing subsidy for a fiscal device for a new entrepreneur, but on the other hand, it limits the possibility of granting it only to purchases related to fiscal devices online. In the long term, it is expected that all current fiscal cash registers will be replaced with new generation devices. The new cash registers enable automated and direct data transfer to the Central Cash Register Repository run by the Head of the National Treasury Administration.

Together with ELZAB and Elavon we have prepared a fast and friendly process, from opening an account, through the installation of a terminal and cash register – says Mateusz Twaróg, Director of the Department of Small and Medium – Size Enterprises and Agribusiness Clients at CABP.
The Business Start package combines three essential tools for sales service: a company account with Credit Agricole, Elavon payment terminal and ELZAB online cash register. The customer can order all three products during one visit to the bank. The business client's consultant opens a business account and submits applications for a payment terminal and cash register to Elavon and ELZAB.
The package can be used by entrepreneurs conducting business activity, as well as those who are just starting it. They will save up to 700 PLN because they will receive a free company account (any package of accounts for 12 months); free lease of POS payment terminal in the program Poland Non-Cash Transaction (for 15 months) and ELZAB k10 online fiscal cash register at a promotional price of 1270 PLN net (BT/Wifi model).
– The Business Start package already provides considerable savings. An additional relief is available to entrepreneurs who start recording sales and purchase the cash register online or are subject to the obligation to exchange it for an online cash register. They can count on the return of 90% of the net price, but not more than PLN 700, for each online cash register – says Krzysztof Urbanowicz, President of the Management Board of ELZAB.
Customers who have a fiscal cash register, a terminal and want to replace these devices, will receive the aforementioned ELZAB cash register for 1270 PLN net, and will pay only 1 PLN net for the terminal lease for 6 months. On the other hand, entrepreneurs who need a different model of a device recording sales for their business activity, buying it in a package with the Credit Agricole company account and payment terminal, can count on a 15% discount on another cash register or a 20% discount on the ELZAB fiscal printer.
– The number of entrepreneurs using payment terminals is growing year by year and I am sure that this trend will continue. In the Business Start Package we make available all Elavon terminals with contactless technology: stationary, mobile, mobile.
