For the 24th time now, the BANK Financial Monthly has awarded the most effective and innovative banks seeking the best solutions in the areas of customer relations and the best as evaluated by customers. This year's edition referred to both tradition and new trends in the financial sector around the world.
Bank Credit Agricole was awarded for the new function of CA24Mobile application for the most popular smartphones with the Android system, which is the first in Poland to identify the infection with malicious software and block the possibility of unauthorized transfer of funds by a thief until the threat is removed. Moreover, safe biometric logging into the Credit Agricole mobile application was appreciated – by "fingerprint" or, in the case of users of smartphones from the iPhone X family, by using FaceID technology. Solutions implemented by the bank using artificial intelligence have also been noticed, such as the use of TeleBot "Lydia" calling customers and initially verifying credit applications submitted by them, which reduces operating costs.
– We are pleased that a group of recognized experts in the banking industry, and thus the entire industry, has noticed and appreciated our response to the challenges of today's world, which is living more and more rapidly and intensively. In this mad rush, the bank must be a reliable and trusted partner for a customer struggling with a flood of more and more stimuli and data and exposed to a wide variety of risks. That is why we pay so much attention to the convenience of access to financial services in every situation in which a client may find himself, on the one hand, and to the safety of transactions and funds collected on the other – both physical safety and security understood as the awareness of the consequences of decisions made by the client – said during the gala Piotr Kwiatkowski, President of the Management Board of Credit Agricole Bank Polska.
