"Let’s share the knowledge" for eployees engagement

"Let's share the knowledge" has been organizing for eight years already. Every year is getting consistently more and more popular– free spots in training groups disappear in just a few hours each time a new enrollment list is opening.

The idea of the "Let's share the knowledge" emerged in 2010. In 2010 – 2018 414 trainings were conducted, in which 4,327 employees participated and 62 experts were involved.

– In these eight years the program has become recognized by bank employees and external companies. Participants value experts for their knowledge, competence, experience, preparation for classes and involvement while conducting classes – says Karolina Omazda-Borkowska, HR specialist from the Employer Branding Team.
